Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by the customer (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, BEILEI will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
