At BeiLei, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. All returns are processed through our US warehouse.

Return Eligibility You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are not supported.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Do not ship the item back before receiving return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item to our US warehouse using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size/color, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • BeiLei error or defective items: BeiLei will cover the return shipping cost (a prepaid return label may be provided).

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placement. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
